Terra
Furniture's

Verona
Collection
Recalls
Classic
18th
Century
Design

Industry,

Terra
Furniture
presents
the
Verona
Collection,
a
new
line
of
cast
aluminum
outdoor
furniture
inspired
by
classic
18th
century
design.
Terra's
Verona
dining
set
offers
a
48-inch
round
dining
table
with
a
hammer-tone
copper
top
(a
new
tabletop
for
Terra),
along
with
armchairs
(26"
wide,
22"
deep
and
38.5"
high,
19"
seat
height).
To
be
introduced
later
will
be
an
adjustable
chaise,
club
chair,
sofa,
settee,
ottoman
and
occasional
tables
of
various
sizes.
Verona
is
inspired
by
what
was
known
as
the
Raffles
Chair
that
became
popular
during
the
18th
century.
A
chair
with
a
similar
profile
to
the
Raffles
chair
is
shown
in
designer
Thomas
Sheraton's
Drawing
Book
of
1794.
All
pieces
of
the
Verona
Collection
are
of
cast
aluminum
and
available
in
20
standard
and
custom
finishes,
including
a
new
mahogany
finish.
Seat
cushions
can
be
customized
using
Terra's
huge
selection
of
Sunbrella
fabric
choices.
Verona
is
designer
Robert
Mainville's
first
collection
for
Terra.
Mainville
brings
extensive
design
experience
to
the
Verona
Collection.
Educated
at
the
Laguna
School
of
Art,
with
a
Bachelor
of
Science
in
Industrial
Design
from
California
State
University,
Long
Beach,
Mainville
has
designed
major
outdoor
furniture
lines
in
addition
to
interior
lighting
projects,
commercial
products,
and
tradeshow
exhibits.
