Frame:
|
Your Terra furniture frame comes with a (10) year
structural warranty when properly maintained in
ordinary home use. Terra will, at factory option.
repair or replace any Terra aluminum or teak furniture
that has failed structurally during normal use and
regular maintenance. Proof of purchase is required.
All warranties apply to the original owner only, and
begins with the date of purchase. Terra will not be
liable for the shipping or packaging charges to or from
the factory on any warrantied items past 1 year.

Finish:
|
Terra furniture offers a three (3) year warranty against
blistering or peeling of the frame finish under normal
use and proper maintenance. Terra will, at factory
option, refinish or replace your Terra furniture if either
of the above occurs withinn a three year period from
date if purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All
warranties apply to the original owner only, and
begins with the date of purchase. Terra will not be
liable for the shipping or packaging charges to or from
the factory on any warrantied items past 1 year.

Cushion:
|
Terra offers a one (1) year warranty on the quality
of the craftsman and construction of the cushion.
Terra's limited warranty does not include fading or
discoloration on fabrics or textiles, however certain
warranties may be available through the fabric or
textile manufacturer.

|
|
Outdoor Wicker:
|
Aluminum frames and weaving materials are warranted for
a period of 3 years from original date of purchase against
any defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty applies
to original purchaser only.

|
|
|
Items Not Covered Under Warranty:
|
This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a
result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable
or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, mildew, glides,
freeze damage, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabrics
and vinyl straps, glass breakage, if the furniture is used for
commercial purposes or if the customer fails to provide
reasonable and necessary care as outlined in product
information brochures, or if small cracks that might appear
in the end grain of the teak furniture that do not effect the
structural integrity of the frame.

Commercial Use:
|
The same warranty applies for a period of two (2) years.
|
|
|
|
Service:
|
Contact the customer service department or your
local dealer and provide proof of purchase. A return
goods authorization must be obtained before returning
any merchandise to the factory.
|
|
|
|
Terra Market Umbrellas are warranted against manufacture defects, under normal exposure, for a period of one (1) year. Wind damage is not covered by this warranty.
|
|
|
|
Metal Finish:
|
Clean with a mild soap and water.
|
|
|
|
Wood Frames:
|
Wood frames require little maintenance. Left alone they will weather beautifully to a
silver gray. Oiled frames will require an occasional light re-oiling to maintain their original
appearance.

|
|
|
Cushions:
|
Cushions last longer if stored or brought in when not in use. Do not leave wet cushions
in contact with wood frames.
|
|
|
|
Acrylic Fabrics:
|
This fabric is coated with a soil and stain resistant finish to make clean up easy. Spot
clean with a soapy solution of liquid dish washing detergent in water, then sponge with
clear water to remove soap. Air Dry. For stubborn stains and suntan lotion use Feron
Clean, Brush Top or Kleenal 1 spot remover. Follow directions on container. Sponge
thoroughly with clear water and allow to air dry.

Glass Tops:
|
All glass, with the exception of plate glass, is tempered for added safety. Please note,
as plate glass is non-tempered, care must be exercised. Clean glass with soap and
water or commercial glass cleaner.

|
|
FIBERSTONE/CARVED & MOSAIC STONE & COPPER TOPS:
|
Wash with mild solution of detergent and water, rinse with clear water and dry. Do not
use abrasive powdered soaps and/or scouring pads. Copper metal is soft and can scratch
if too much force is used when cleaning.

|
|
Copper Tops:
|
We recommend the copper top to be covered or kept under a covered patio. Keep top dry.
Continued exposure to water can cause top to oxidize.
|
|
|
|
Replacement Parts:
|
Replacement parts including glides, glass, cushions and umbrella parts are available from TERRA.
